At iSouq.in, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth, reliable, and timely. We take great care in packaging and dispatching every order — whether it’s books, attars, perfumes, dresses, honey, Zamzam water, miswak, surma, or other Islamic lifestyle products — to ensure it reaches you safely and quickly.


Global Shipping Coverage

Does iSouq deliver globally?
Yes. iSouq.in ships its products across India and internationally to selected destinations.


Order Processing Time

  • Ready / In-stock products: Shipped within 1–2 working days.

  • Custom-made / Tailor-made products (such as dresses): Shipped within 3–5 working days.

Please note that processing may be slightly delayed during peak seasons, Islamic festivals, or sale periods.


Domestic Orders (Within India)

After dispatch, we do our best to get your products delivered within 3–7 working days through trusted delivery partners like:
Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Ekart, Professional Courier, and India Post.

In some remote locations, delivery may take up to 7–10 working days, depending on courier coverage and local conditions.


International Orders (Outside India)

For global deliveries, orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, India Post, UPS, or other reputed courier services.
Delivery timelines usually range between 4–10 working days, depending on your country and customs clearance.

Note:
International orders may be subject to custom duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country’s customs department.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by iSouq.in.


Urgent Deliveries

If you need a product delivered on a specific date (for example, for gifting or events), we recommend contacting our team and placing your order at least 48 hours in advance.
We will make every effort to assist you with faster processing.


Public Holidays and Delays

Orders are not processed or shipped during:

  • Public holidays

  • Friday (if courier partners are unavailable)

  • National holidays, natural calamities, or emergency lockdowns

If there’s any delay, customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp on the registered contact details.


Failed Delivery / Returned Orders

If you are not available at the time of delivery:

  • The delivery partner will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times.

  • If all attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to iSouq.in.

  • If you wish to have it re-shipped, you will need to bear the reshipping cost.

To avoid delivery issues:

  • Please provide complete address details (door/house number, street name, area, city, and landmark) on the checkout page.

  • Mention a valid mobile number for delivery confirmation calls.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Free Shipping:

    • For orders above ₹500 within Tamil Nadu

    • For orders above ₹5000 across India

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 per 500g. Every additional 500g will cost ₹50 extra.

  • There are no hidden charges such as taxes or octroi beyond what is shown at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID by email or WhatsApp within a few hours.
You can use this to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website or via the “My Orders” section on iSouq.in.

Important: Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels and arrive on different days. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if that occurs.


Acceptance & Proof of Delivery

All orders are considered successfully delivered once our courier partner confirms delivery to the address provided.
Please ensure someone is available to accept the package at the delivery location.
